JAZZ 16’’ (Pre-owned)

The Dejawu Jazz 16'' is a beautiful classic arch top model, built in the very early days of Dejawu. After years, it came back to us (still in very good condition) and is now looking for a second owner.

The top is completely hand carved from solid spruce. The neck, sides and back are hand carved from solid flame maple. The body is trimmed with a seven-ply maple binding. The ebony fingerboard guarantees very smooth playing. This model has no inlays. Instead, little dots on the side of the neck help you orientate. The 25" scale has 22 frets.

A Haüssel Jazz single coil pickup with ebony wooden cover gives this small arch-top a great look and excellent sound. Its hollow body produces clear and direct sound, making it ideally-suited for playing styles that require articulation. The Dejawu Jazz 16" has gold Schaller tuners and ebony buttons. The hand polished nitro-cellulose lacquer highlights the individual character of the grain, while maintaining the sound characteristics of the wood.

• Condition: Very good, signs of use very minimal. The top is slightly discolored, almost negligible. Very few small scratches and dents in the lacquer, but difficult to see.
