The Noorder Gitaar Dag is a very nice and ‘gezellige’ guitar show in Zuidbroek, Groningen. Its an initiative of four guitar lovers who got to know each other via the guitar forum Gitaarnet.nl. The first edition took place on 3 March 2012 with nearly 600 visitors and the event has been very successful ever since. At the show you can follow workshops and watch great performances. The atmosphere is always great, and going to the show is definitely a great way to spend the weekend!

The Noorder Gitaar Dag now has around 50 very satisfied exhibitors (from the Netherlands, Germany, Belgium and now even England), spread over four halls and with an average of around 850 happy visitors. The relaxed atmosphere, low entrance fee and very affordable booths make the fair popular.

The International Vintage Guitar Show Veenendaal, or 'Vintage Veenendaal’, as the show is frequently called, is organized in order to create a platform through which musicians, collectors and other sympathizers have the opportunity to meet, talk, make music and do business. The UK’s longest established guitar show, the North West Guitar Show, returns to its most popular venue yet at Haydock Park Racecourse Exhibition Centre. Only two minutes from junction 23 of the M6 motorway, this prestige and spacious location is close to all the North West major routes, provides superb facilities and has the advantage of easy load-in for exhibitors, excellent catering, licensed bar and free parking for all.

About the Guitar Convention
The Bridge Guitar Convention is one of the parts of the Bridge Guitar Festival that takes place in the Brainport Region Eindhoven. On the last day of the festival, Muziekgebouw Eindhoven will host the BRIDGE Guitar Convention: a big guitar fair and a dozen workshops by top guitarists.

The Leeds Bradford Guitar Show is the only large-scale guitar show to take place in West Yorkshire and is highly anticipated and regarded by visitors and exhibitors alike. Hosted by Northern Guitar Shows Ltd, the show has all their trademark features - an affordable entrance fee for visitors, sensibly-priced exhibitor costs with no added extras, free parking for all, good transport links including proximity to the motorways and even a nearby railway station.

The International Vintage Guitar Show Veenendaal, or 'Vintage Veenendaal’, as the show is frequently called, is organized in order to create a platform through which musicians, collectors and other sympathizers have the opportunity to meet, talk, make music and do business. Almost 100 exhibitors & over 1200 guitars can be found at the show. Dealers, luthiers, guitar shops and (private) collectors from across Europe will exhibit and put up for sale their most exclusive vintage guitars, amps and other vintage stuff. Although the focus will be on vintage instruments, also new(er) guitars and amps will be presented, as well as effects, parts, accessories, DVDs &books etc. There is a Guitar Market where visitors to the show can exhibit/put up for sale their own guitars, there are Demo’s, Clinics & Artists, so all in all a show you don’t want to miss! The show’s atmosphere is friendly and relaxed, with people visiting for pleasure as well as for business. Both exhibitors and visitors are coming from all over Europe, and sometimes even beyond Europe, not merely to do business, but to be able to get together, meet & make friends and talk about guitars all day long.

About the Meeting
The Guitar Builders Meeting is the most fun event in the Benelux for guitar builders. The place to talk to each other about instruments, wood, tools and music. Traditionally, the one-day event consists of an exhibition, fair and workshops. Even if you are an expert in wood, or you are still green when it comes to guitar building; this meeting is not to be missed!

The meeting is organized from the Guitar Builders Meeting Foundation by volunteers with a passion for guitar building. The exhibition of self-built instruments has a prominent place at the Guitarbuilders Meeting. There is a market on which about 25 suppliers sell their goods. Also, you can buy anything related to guitar building; from tone wood to electronics, from paint to tools, but also complete guitars and accessories are offered.

An important part of the meeting are the lectures on (related) topics. Experienced luthiers tell about their experiences, give tips and of course you are free to ask any questions.

About the Show
The Great Scandinavian Guitar Show is the most established vintage guitar show in Scandinavia and has been around for almost 25 years. The first edition took place in 1996, so this year will be the 24th! The show is held in the Fryshuset in Stockholm, always in the last weekend of October. Guitar dealers and luthiers from the whole of Sweden as well as from some of the other Scandinavian countries will be represented at the show.
Furthermore, the event offers various performances by both Swedish and international bands/artists. Visitors can find the Café/Catering and entertainment on the main floor, and the Guitar Show can be found one floor down in the dining room. Also, there will be surprises, prize draws and more.

The show is organized by the founders Jan Hallquisth from Halkans Rockhouse and Anders from Anders Andersson Guitars.

The London International Guitar Show (LIGS) is a one-day event organized by Northern Guitar Shows. It has all the trademark features of our other well-established events. These include an affordable entrance fee for visitors, sensibly-priced exhibitor costs with no added extras, free parking for all, good transport links including proximity to the motorways and even a railway station in the venue grounds. Long-distance visitors can also benefit from a large range of reasonably priced accommodation nearby.

Last year more than 150 exhibitors attended from all over the UK and Europe and this year promises to attract even more. Based on the style of USA table-top exhibitions, LIGS is first and foremost a retail event. New, vintage and pre-owned guitars, amps and pedals will be available to buy, trade and sell from a host of retailers, distributors, manufacturers, luthiers, boutique makers and private collectors - not to mention a whole gamut of strings and accessories.

As with all the NGS events, workshops, demonstrations and live music will be available in separate areas throughout the day, with some of the top names in the industry performing in an intimate setting through the show’s PA system provided by BOSE professional.
